Commercial Executive _ Facility

• Manage commercial and contractual activities related to facility management operations.
• Prepare, verify and process vendor bills, work orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, pest control and other facility services.
• Verify vendor bills against PO/WO, agreements, attendance, service reports and actual work completed.
• Maintain vendor contracts, AMC records, rate contracts and commercial documentation.
• Track facility management expenses, budgets and cost variations.
• Support vendor negotiation, rate comparison and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Monitor statutory compliance, GST, TDS and required commercial documentation in coordination with the Finance team.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost statements, vendor outstanding reports and monthly commercial reports.
• Handle vendor queries related to billing, payments, deductions and contractual terms.
• Support procurement of facility-related materials, consumables and services.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company commercial policies.

Preferred Candidate -

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial / Billing / Procurement / Facility Management.
• Experience in Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Projects preferred.
• Candidates with experience in facility management companies or real estate developers will be preferred.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, Finance or a related field preferred.
