Commercial Executive (Mandarin Speaker) / 商务专员

Responsibilities

• Support daily commercial and business activities of the company.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, commercial documents, contracts, and related correspondence.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, agents, and internal departments regarding commercial matters.
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring commercial terms, pricing, and contract implementation.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, and other commercial documents.
• Follow up ongoing business matters and ensure timely coordination between related parties.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin speaking management and business partners.
• Provide administrative and operational support related to shipping and logistics business activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Maritime, or related field.

• Preferably has experience in Commercial, Business Support, Shipping, Logistics, or related position.

• Must be able to communicate actively in Mandarin, both spoken and written.

• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Detail oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments and external parties.

• Experience in shipping or logistics industry will be highly preferred.
