Commercial Flooring Estimator

Inline Floors is an Australian commercial flooring company working across offices, hospitality, aged care, retail, education, student accommodation, and large-scale commercial projects throughout Australia.

We are currently building a long-term Manila-based team to support our estimating and operations division and are looking for experienced estimators who want to grow with the business long term.

This role will work closely with our Australian estimating and leadership teams preparing take-offs and quotations for commercial flooring projects across Australia.

Hybrid role based in Manila with coworking office access and work-from-home flexibility.

Role Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Complete quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial flooring projects including carpet, vinyl, timber, rubber, floor preparation, and related flooring products
• Prepare pricing submissions and quotation documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding pricing and product information
• Use MeasureSquare/CAD, Simpro, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word) for estimating and documentation
• Ensure tender deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
• Assist in developing systems and workflows as the Manila team grows

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in estimating within commercial flooring or construction industries
• Strong understanding of MeasureSquare/CAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Simpro or similar workflow/project management systems is highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• High attention to detail, organisation, and time management
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Must be based in Manila or willing to work within Metro Manila
• Commercial flooring experience is highly regarded
• Experience working on Australian, US, UK, Canadian, or international commercial construction projects is highly regarded
