As a valuable member of the Maximum Handyman Team, you would be working full-time as a Technician Trainee, assisting in real-world repair and maintenance work for one of the most respected companies in the commercial handyman industry. You'll learn hands-on every day while riding with and supporting experienced technicians on the road.

Maximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed, and insured small business headquartered in Maryland that has been offering full handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services exclusively to the commercial sector since 2008. We specialize in providing high-quality service to offices, retail establishments, restaurants, and other commercial facilities.

Our field team includes experienced technicians and career professionals living and working throughout our mid-Atlantic coverage area — including PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and WV.

What to Expect:

• Full-time work: Monday through Friday
• Bi-weekly pay
• Starting at $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on attitude, dependability, and ability to learn
• 90-day evaluation period (potential raise based on performance)
• Ride along with experienced technicians in company vehicles
• All travel is on the clock
• Paid, hands-on training in the field
• Support from experienced office staff
• Opportunity to grow into a technician position with more responsibility and pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced technicians with commercial repair and maintenance tasks
• Help with tools, materials, job site setup, and cleanup
• Learn how to perform basic repairs: caulking, painting, minor drywall, basic plumbing, etc.
• Maintain a clean and professional presence on job sites
• Follow instructions and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (you may drive in the future)
• Little experience needed — any hands-on or labor experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work updates
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Safety-minded (safety toe shoes required; PPE provided)
