Responsibilities:

• Perform start-up and testing of newly installed commercial HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
• Verify proper refrigerant levels, airflow, water flow, and system pressures.
• Test and adjust equipment for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with construction teams and project managers to resolve installation issues.
• Complete start-up reports, checklists, and warranty documentation.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with manufacturer inspections and commissioning requirements.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Requirements:

• High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
• At least 2 years of commercial HVAC start-up experience
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to pass a background check

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
