Pay: $22-$25, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with possible additional hours as needed

About Us

Rapid Air & Heat is a growing local HVAC company serving customers in South Florida. We are looking for a dependable and professional HVAC Technician to assist with commercial A/C systems running properly.

Position Summary

This position is primarily focused on scheduled HVAC maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has at least three years of HVAC field experience, understands proper maintenance procedures and can represent our company professionally while working at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Clean coils, drain lines and accessible components as needed
• Replace filters and inspect system condition
• Check temperatures, airflow and basic system operation
• Identify visible issues or needed repairs and report findings
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately
• Communicate professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of HVAC experience
• Experience performing HVAC maintenance visits
• Basic understanding of commercial A/C systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and good customer service skills
• Ability to work in South Florida heat and lift/carry necessary tools and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA certification
• Experience with light commercial units
• Basic troubleshooting or repair experience

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
