Skills:

• Read Blueprints
• Take radical decisions to improve work flow and stay organized.
• Understand the importance of the job time scheduled and execute your time and weekly goals appropriately
• Be skilled with sheet metal fabrication tools
• Be able to draft and submit sheet metal fitting material list and understand SMACNA standards
• Understand the importance of communication skills and team strategies
• Be punctual and honest with time clocking
• Looking for someone who desires to develop and grow into the lng term position

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial mechanical installation or a related trade
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and installation best practices
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
