Commercial IT Program Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial IT Program Manager to lead large-scale commercial technology and business transformation initiatives across the APAC region.

This role will be responsible for driving strategic roadmap planning, managing cross-market program delivery, overseeing budgets, and partnering with business stakeholders to maximize value from commercial technology platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and optimizing a scalable global delivery model while supporting commercial transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Leadership

• Define and drive the regional Commercial IT roadmap.
• Align business priorities and market requirements across multiple countries.
• Lead large-scale deployment and enhancement programs for commercial platforms.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.

Financial Management

• Own program budget planning, forecasting, and tracking.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and ROI realization.
• Ensure financial governance and cost optimization across initiatives.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Establish program governance and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with business transformation, commercial, finance, and technology teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change and adoption of new operating models.

Delivery Model Transformation

• Support the evolution of centralized delivery and shared-services capabilities.
• Improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and business responsiveness.
• Build strong collaboration between business and technology organizations.

Requirements

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT Program Management, Business Transformation, or Consulting.
• Proven experience leading regional or global transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of commercial and sales-related technology platforms, such as:
• Sales Force Automation (SFA)
• Distributor Management Systems (DMS)
• Business Planning or Process Management solutions
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and multi-country initiatives.
• Strong budget ownership and financial management experience.

Industry Background

• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
• Understanding of sales operations, distributor ecosystems, and go-to-market processes.

Professional Skills

• Strong program governance and portfolio management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and business adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
