Achieve daily sales targets, both qualitative and quantitative, for each client. Manage and oversee the client portfolio (orders, collections, payments, etc.). Maintain constant contact with clients to nurture and build customer loyalty. Keep clients informed daily of all special offers, product availability, and sales promotions. Ensure that customer disputes are handled by the relevant department and escalate the most complex cases to the supervisor. Report and transmit relevant information to management (late payments, blocking clients, unblocking clients, etc.). Strive for continuous performance improvement by regularly monitoring the available dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree (BAC+3) in Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Experience of at least (01) year.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commercial fiber.
