The role:

The role will include but not be limited to;

• Assisting the Commercial Manager in leading a large team of Quantity Surveyors
• Leading the commercial function across projects $50mil +/-
• Cost planning
• Procurement and subcontractor negotiation
• Managing variations and progress claims
• Contract administration
• Final account reporting
• Protecting margin and risk across projects
• Supporting junior staff as required

About you:
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role for a Commercial main contractor in the New Zealand market. A qualification and minimum of 8 years experience is required. Exposure to projects up to $50mil and a high standard of presentations and communication is also essential.
