Commercial Litigation Associate

A premier global law firm is rapidly expanding its Seattle litigation team. We are actively recruiting multiple civil litigation attorneys (3+ years experience through senior counsel) to join a group focused primarily on coverage litigation, alongside commercial and catastrophic injury disputes.

Candidate Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong core litigation skills (motion practice, discovery, case management) are required.
• For junior candidates, coverage litigation experience is a plus, but not required . The partners are fully committed to training and mentoring strong litigators who have the drive to learn the coverage space.
• We are hiring across multiple levels, from mid-level associates (3 to 6 years) to senior associates and highly experienced trial attorneys / special counsel who prefer executing high-level work without the pressure of a partnership track.
• Proactive self-starter with high initiative, strong organizational habits, and a genuine passion for advocacy.
• An in-office presence is valued to support organic collaboration and mentorship, but the leadership team offers genuine working flexibility once you are up and running.

Compensation

• Senior Counsel / 20+ Years Experience: Highly competitive with substantial salary flexibility depending on background and expertise.
