A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3+ years of sophisticated experience for its Tampa office. Candidates must have prior law firm experience handling construction, real estate, and/or commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. The successful candidate will have experience with motions, discovery, legal research, depositions, and writing.
