The Role & Focus

You will manage high-value civil claims with a heavy emphasis on:

• Franchise Disputes: Representing franchisees nationwide (including mass actions).
• Business Torts: Handling partnership disputes, minority shareholder litigation, breach of contract, and fraud.

Requirements

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Very strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
