About the Opportunity

The AI Native Division of a Fortune 100 Telecom Legal Department is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years' experience with Commercial Litigation for a full-time, 6 month engagement starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• The work will involve performing litigation tasks such as research, analysis, memo drafting, discovery requests and responses, fact development, chronologies, MTD, MSJ, depo prep, and trial prep.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily managing outside counsel rather than performing these tasks directly are unlikely to be a fit.

Required Qualifications

• The top litigation matters candidates will be working on and must have prior experience with are complex accounting, environmental, cyber, breach of contract, and employment issues.
• Candidates must have 4+ years of recent hands-on litigation experience at a leading law firm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent Am Law 100 experience is strongly preferred but not required, and candidates from other firms with sophisticated commercial litigation practices will also be considered.

Key Details

• Location : Remote
• Schedule : Full-time
• Duration : 6 month engagement
• Compensation : $15,000 - $20,000 per month

Required:

• Candidates must be able to work full-time starting as soon as possible.
• The work will be performed remotely.
• Client's budget is $15,000 - $20,000 per month , flexible based on experience.
• Candidates will be employed through an Employer of Record (W-2) for the duration of the engagement.
