A Miami Law Firm is seeking an attorney with commercial litigation experience. This is a great opportunity to join a firm with an AM Law Firm feel on a smaller scale. The ideal candidate will have recent experience handling complex business litigation files.
Experience/Requirements
- 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience (complex business disputes, real estate etc)
- Prepare for and attend hearings and depositions
- Draft complex documents
- Legal research
- Billables: 150 per month
- Must have a history of excellent job stability
