About the Opportunity

An established and reputable law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their experience in commercial litigation within a professional and supportive legal environment.

The successful candidate will assist fee earners with a varied caseload of commercial disputes, supporting matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors with a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, witness statements and other case-related documentation.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
• Managing case files, maintaining accurate records and monitoring key deadlines.
• Reviewing and organising disclosure documents and evidence.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and other legal professionals.
• Supporting the preparation of court bundles and trial documentation.
• Assisting with case preparation, procedural applications and litigation strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with court rules, legal procedures and internal file management requirements.
• Providing general administrative and fee-earning support to the wider litigation team.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a paralegal role, ideally within commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• A good understanding of civil litigation procedures and the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Strong drafting, research and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence communicating professionally with clients and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
