This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a commercial litigation practice within an established and respected firm , with a particular focus on shareholder and partnership disputes .

The firm already advises a strong and loyal client base - including founders, boards, partnerships and senior executives - which is largely untapped from a commercial litigation perspective , creating immediate and organic growth potential.

The Ideal Candidate

• Established Commercial Litigation Partner (or Senior Legal Director / SC with partnership ambitions)
• Demonstrable expertise in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and related commercial litigation
• Portable practice welcomed but not essential , given the strength of the existing client base
• Commercial, collaborative and collegiate mindset
