Commercial Loan Processor

Location: Harvard Main Branch

Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday – Friday

Salary Range: $21.50 – $26.50 per hour

Overview:

The Commercial Loan Processor position provides administrative support, exceptional customer service and loan processing/maintenance for the loan department, loan officers, and relationship bankers. The right person for this position will have excellent customer service skills, a knowledge of ComplianceOne Lending, and be familiar with general accounting principles. Minimum 2 years related

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans.
• Verify all supporting documentation is received.
• Order third party items such as: title work, appraisals, reviews, flood certification, UCC, and Credit reports.
• Prepare new and renewal loan documentation requests and meet crucial deadlines
• Responsible for post-closing items of loans
• Review and verify completed file after each loan closing to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on loan exceptions for documents: insurance information, credit reports, final titles, and recorded documents.
