Commercial Manager Jewellery

Location: Noida Sector 50
Industry: Luxury Jewellery – Polki, Kundan, Jadau, Diamond & Gold

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily commercial and operational activities of the jewellery showroom.
• Handle billing, cash/card/UPI reconciliation, customer advances, refunds and discounts.
• Monitor stock, inventory movement, physical verification and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock and commercial MIS.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory and Management teams.
• Monitor customer orders, repairs, returns and exchanges.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company SOPs.
• Support audits and identify any financial or stock discrepancies.
• Monitor discounts, expenses and overall commercial profitability.
• Maintain strict control over high-value jewellery transactions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in jewellery retail/commercial operations.
• Jewellery industry experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan & Jadau.
• Strong MS Excel, MIS, reconciliation and inventory management skills.
• Experience with POS/ERP or jewellery billing software.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and responsibility.
