Commercial Manager

About the role

Lead QS team; oversee contractual and commercial matters for assigned projects. Develop commercial strategies to protect company interests and maintain good relationships with clients. Manage project revenue, budget and cost control including variations and claims as well as subletting and subcontract matters. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent); MHKIS/MRICS preferred.
• 15+ years' relevant experience, including 5+ years with main contractors in a lead commercial role on large-scale construction projects.
• NEC4 experience with engineering background will be an advantage.
• Strong risk/opportunity management; solid QS and contractual knowledge.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; commercial mindset; able to work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
