Commercial Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will support cost management and commercial oversight across projects, with a strong focus on tendering, valuations, reporting, and change control. The position will partner closely with project teams and clients to ensure accurate financial documentation and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. It is well suited to someone who can balance detailed commercial analysis with relationship management in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis
• Oversee project expenditures, including valuations and cost reports
• Communicate project variations clearly to team members
• Support dispute settlement and claims with transparency
• Coordinate project management with timely cost documentation and communication

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of pre- and post-contract cost management experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical projects or similar industries
• Degree in a construction-related discipline or applicable experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel for client and team meetings
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, self-directed environment
• Proven relationship-building skills with clients and teams
