Freshminds is partnering with a public relations and communications advisory firm to appoint a Commercial Operations Manager to its high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

-Supporting business insights and analytics

-Client team resourcing

-Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners

-New business pipeline

-Maintaining and managing CRM data, tracking sales pipelines, and producing reports on client and business development opportunities.

-Coordinating, organising, and delivering internal and external events.

-Reviewing, interpreting, and supporting the management of commercial contracts and agreements.

Requirements

-2-4 years' experience with a background in operations or financial services.

-Degree from a leading university.

-Strong analytical mindset and confident working with data.

-Highly dependable with strong attention to detail.

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

-A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.
