Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Officer to manage daily commercial activities related to order processing, payment follow-ups, and documentation in our FMCG / Food Service business.

The candidate will coordinate with the sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate billing, timely documentation, and efficient commercial operations.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of commercial operations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally or ERP software is preferred.
• Basic understanding of GST, credit notes, debit notes, and customer outstanding management.
• Good numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage daily transactions and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial operations, sales billing, accounts support, or order processing.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, food service, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely processing of sales orders and dispatch documentation.
• Accuracy of sales returns and credit note processing.
• Timely updating of customer outstanding reports.
• Reduction in billing errors and documentation discrepancies.
• Timely submission of daily and monthly MIS reports.
• Compliance with approved pricing, discount, and credit policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate effectively with the sales and operations teams. The candidate should demonstrate accuracy in billing, discipline in documentation, and a proactive approach to resolving commercial issues in a fast-paced FMCG / Food Service environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
