What the job involves

• We are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Commercial team during Winter 2027
• In summary, you will be a true extension of the team: you'll own real tasks from day one, track how our commercial use cases are progressing against their KPIs, and be our feet on the ground at customer sites
• Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team
• Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership
• Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team
• Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure
• Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team's needs shift
