About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Istanbul team. This role is designed to grow: you will start by supporting our commercial operations, and as the business develops, you will progressively take on greater ownership of customer relationships and commercial activities — evolving into a Sales Specialist / Account Manager.

This is not intended to be a purely operational or administrative position. We are looking for someone with strong commercial potential and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales, who is ready to grow with the company from day one.

Initial Responsibilities

• Commercial operations support
• CRM management and customer follow-up
• Preparation of quotations and commercial documentation
• Coordination of trainings and events
• Customer communication
• Coordination with HQ and external partners
• General support for commercial activities

As you grow into the role, responsibilities will expand to include direct management of customer relationships, business development, and account management.

Experience

• Around 1–3 years of professional experience
• Experience in commercial operations, sales support, customer success, business development, or similar roles
• Experience in healthcare, education, or B2B environments is a plus, but not essential

Languages

• Native Turkish
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
