A boutique-style London law firm is seeking a Commercial Partner, or a small partner-led team, to join its highly regarded practice as part of a planned succession process.

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established and successful client base, with a senior partner approaching retirement and a clear pathway for continuity of relationships and ongoing work. The incoming partner will have the opportunity to inherit, develop and expand a portfolio of longstanding commercial clients, with immediate access to active matters and established revenue streams.

The firm has a strong reputation in the media, sports, entertainment and wider creative industries, acting for a diverse client base including production companies, talent-led businesses, rights holders, sports organisations, digital platforms, agencies and entrepreneurial SMEs. The commercial practice covers a broad range of advisory and transactional work, including commercial contracts, IP exploitation, licensing, sponsorship and endorsement arrangements, media rights, digital and content deals, data and technology arrangements, and general commercial advisory matters.
