Commercial Pipefitter/Plumber

Salary: £42,000-45,000

Hours: Monday – Friday / 8am - 5pm

We are a seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitter/Plumber to join a growing team. You will be working across plant rooms, educational facilities and retail developments, delivering efficient and reliable mechanical solutions to clients.

Key Commercial Pipefitter/Plumber Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and modify commercial plumbing and mechanical pipework systems
• Carry out commercial plant room installations (boilers, pressurization units, expansion vessels, and pumps)
• Install hot and cold water services, boosted water systems, sanitaryware, and drainage
• Read and interpret complex construction drawings and technical specifications
• Conduct pressure-testing, flushing, and commissioning of plumbing systems
• Work alongside electricians, HVAC engineers, and other trades to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in commercial plumbing and mechanical pipefitting
• Certifications: Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card
• Compliance: Strong understanding of current Building Regulations, Water Regulations, and Health & Safety (RAMS)
• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence
• Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a larger project team
