Job Title: Commercial Plumber

Job Description: As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation of an array of plumbing components including but not limited to, sanitary plumbing, in ground drainage, stormwater, gas, water and trade waste. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring all plumbing work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain plumbing systems from drainage and rough in's, to fit off and commission.
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary/water/fire plumbing systems, civil drainage, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings where necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid QLD plumbing license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Valid Construction White Card.
• EWP license.
• QLD Gas fitter license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
• Excavation license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
