Commercial Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic plumbing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial sites. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances,
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components accurately.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes.
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or faulty components; perform necessary repairs promptly.
• Hydro Jetting and drain cleaning.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously while working at heights or in confined spaces; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with remodeling, maintenance tasks, and general maintenance person duties as required on-site.
• Operate construction vehicles for material transport when necessary; hold valid commercial driving licenses if applicable.
• Support field service operations by troubleshooting plumbing problems in existing facilities or new installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of pipe installation, fitting techniques, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity drain snaking, hydro jetting, drain maintenance.
• Commercial Service and repair.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety procedures.
• Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects; construction site experience is essential.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely; physically fit for demanding tasks involving manual labor.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred; ability to operate construction vehicles is advantageous.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
