Commercial Project Manager

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a Tulsa-based general contractor providing preconstruction, construction management, design-build and general contracting services on projects ranging from $200K to $70M+ across commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and other markets.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts and overall project performance
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across project teams
• Monitor costs, billing, procurement and project documentation
• Identify project risks and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Manage project closeout and client turnover

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial construction/project management experience
• Experience managing projects through multiple phases, from planning through closeout
• Experience with project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and contracts
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and documentation
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and contracts
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Valid driver's license
