Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, 100% in-person position operating out of our office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that this role does not offer remote work, hybrid, or work-from-home options.

In this role, you will be fully responsible and accountable for the successful business development, construction management, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of your assigned projects. You will work within a collaborative team structure, overseeing an assigned Project Coordinator and managing Field Superintendents across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating and bidding all assigned projects
• Managing projects & Service Calls, while cultivating strong client relations
• Directing and supporting your assigned Project Coordinator
• Overseeing timely job billings, and job costing
• Ensuring strict adherence to project schedules and reporting requirements
• Leading weekly project and financial meetings
• Managing change orders, contract negotiations, and material procurement
• Enforcing quality control and safety standards on all job sites
• Travel - Conducting job site visits as required
• Performing all other duties as assigned

This position reports directly to the President/CEO.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial projects.
• Project Types: New and remodel: Restaurants, Retail, Office, Medical/Dental, and Strip Centers
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work full-time, in-person at our office, with reliable transportation for required job site visits and travel. (Note: Remote work is not available for this position.)
• Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license and capability to travel out-of-town as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current OSHA Certification
• Formal project scheduling and document control experience
• Project Management software experience
