Commercial Rear-Load Driver Location: Elizabeth, PA, 15037

Pay: From $250.00 per day

Job description: LOCAL POSITION!!

Must have Commercial Rear Load Experience!!! We are currently seeking a Commercial Rear-Load Driver to join our team in Elizabeth, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a rear-load garbage truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables from commercial locations. This position requires a valid CDL and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a rear-load garbage truck to collect waste and recyclables from commercial locations
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Ensure proper disposal of collected materials
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of truck
• Communicate with dispatch to report any issues or delays

Requirements:

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Class A or B CDL
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a commercial driver is a must
• At least 1 year of experience as a rear load driver required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Complete paperwork, including the use of an electronic tablet throughout the day
