Commercial Refrigeration Technician

We're looking for a Refrigeration Technician with hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration systems. If you're skilled in troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and field service, we'd love to have you on our team.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of a Vocational Course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or any related technical course (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, etc.).

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial refrigeration installation, repair, or maintenance.

• Experience working on:

  • Walk-in Coolers
  • Walk-in Freezers
  • Display Chillers
  • Commercial Refrigerators
  • HVAC Chillers
  • Cold Storage Equipment

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and refrigeration controls.

• Can read electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

• TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) Servicing is preferred.

  • Applicants without NC II may still apply, provided they obtain the certification within one (1) year of hiring.

• Willing to travel for field service assignments.

• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City or Makati City.

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable system performance.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Test and commission equipment after repairs or installations.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Explain technical findings and recommend maintenance solutions to customers.
• Follow company safety standards and technical service procedures.
• Coordinate with the Technical Service Team on complex repairs.
• Travel to customer sites within and outside Metro Manila as needed.
