Commercial Refrigeration Technician – Technical Support

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to field service providers, technicians, customers, and sales representatives.
• Investigate equipment failures, identify recurring issues, and support root-cause analysis.
• Assist with field evaluations, product testing, repairs, retrofits, and service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and service ticket updates.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Technical Service teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Support technical training on equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Follow up on open service cases to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration or related technical experience.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Experience supporting customers, service technicians, or external service providers.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, service management platforms, work orders, or service ticketing systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
