Commercial Roofer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Roofer to join our dynamic roofing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of roofing systems on commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the durability, safety, and energy efficiency of our clients’ structures. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and other commercial roofing materials.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks with precision.
• Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and other personal protective equipment.
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair processes while following all construction workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by managing tools, materials, and debris responsibly on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience is a plus but not necessary
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders safely, and follow all construction safety harness protocols.
• Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations including proper use of safety harnesses and ladder use procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills for effective teamwork on complex projects.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
