ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our Pukekohe team.

This is a broad commercial role working alongside experienced commercial lawyers on a wide range of commercial matters.

There will be plenty of direct client contact and, as your experience develops, increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships, with support from Partners and senior lawyers as required.

You will also work with lawyers across the firm where matters involve other areas of expertise.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Solicitor with more than 3 years PQE who:

• Has a solid grounding in commercial law and wants to develop a broader commercial practice
• Has strong drafting and research skills
• Is good with clients and interested in understanding their businesses
• Gives practical, commercially focused advice
• Comfortable taking responsibility for matters
• Works well as part of a team
• Has good judgement and knows when to ask for input
