Job Description We are seeking serious and career-driven Commercial Leasing Executives to handle office, retail, and warehouse leasing . This role is perfect for those with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to grow their income and career in real estate.

As a Commercial Leasing Executive, You Will

• Source and qualify clients for commercial properties.
• Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site inspections, property tours, and client meetings.
• Handle lease negotiations, proposals, and contract coordination.
• Market listings online and track inquiries.
• Support the broker in closing transactions.

Qualifications

• Only serious applicants with entrepreneurial mindset will be considered.
• Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection (for work-from-home setup).
• Willing to work 50% from home / 50% on the field (Metro Manila).
• Motorbike ownership is an added advantage for faster client/site coverage.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to work purely on commission basis.
• Can start immediately.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Only – Unlimited earning potential.
• Top performers can earn ₱50,000–₱100,000+ monthly.
