Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Superintendent with extensive ground up commercial projects experience to oversee daily field operations on unique and specialized commercial projects. The ideal candidate thrives in occupied environments, maintains strong subcontractor relationships, and consistently delivers projects safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong ground up construction experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and field schedules
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong safety and quality control background
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
