Evaluating and implementing alternative chemicals and consumables to Minimizing of Consumables cost.

Continuously monitoring of Lab operations (Deliveries, Accuracy, customer complaints) and implementing appropriate actions for improvement of laboratory operations.

Handling of Key accounts and providing the priority services to key customers.

Lab Management (Resource planning, Budgetary compliance, Forecasting and optimum utilization of Human Resource and Equipment to achieve Operational and Service Excellence).

Handling of Specialized Projects for Food Testing & Certification.

Involving in Business Development to improve the revenues of the Division and supporting to Business Development team in technical quarries.

Implementation of Lean Management in Lab Operations & well versed with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Preparation, implementation, and revision of QMS, MSPs, MSDs, SOPs, STPs and conducting of Internal Quality Audits to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC: 17025 and ISO: 9001 quality systems.

Good understanding on requirements for competence of FSSAI, NABL, BIS, EIC, APEDA, Spice Board, SHEFEXIL, MoEF, GLP & cGMP.

Exposure to wide spectrum of analytical testing activities in the fields of Food and Agricultural, Nutraceuticals, Water & Beverages, Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Environmental products.

Hands on experience of advanced analytical instruments like LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, HRGC-HRMS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, GC, HPLC, UPLC, , FTIR, UV-VIS Spec, Polari meter, Refracto-meter, CHNSO analyzer and other sample preparation techniques.

Excellent Track record on Method development/ Method Validation of Purity, discrete elemental Impurities, Vitamins, Amino acids, Botanical Ingredients, impurity profiles in Nutraceutical, Drug and Pharmaceutical products, Vitamins, Pesticide Residues, Sudan Dyes, colors, Mycotoxins, elemental impurities, micro and macro nutrients and impurities in Food and Agricultural products.

Successfully executed two AOAC international Collaborative method validation studies pertain to Infant Formula (Milk powder) by ICP-MS. (estimation of Iodine in infant formula and Estimation of 13 elements in infant formula by ICPMS) and Estimation of Iodine in Infant Formula by ICP-MS.
