Commercial Tire Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
• Manage inbound and outbound inventory
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service requests
• Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and warehouse and delivery employees.
• Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Monitor inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels to fulfill customer orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety programs, cash handling and loss prevention protocols
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase branch awareness and sales.
