Responsibilities

• Assist with routine cleaning tasks across commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Support more experienced team members with deep cleaning procedures such as window washing, floor polishing, and restroom sanitation
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces according to company standards
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure work environment
• Help with the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively and efficiently

Skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
