If you are passionate about uncovering the story behind the numbers, improving margins, and partnering with operators and leadership to drive performance, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Commercial Insight

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze commercial data across venues (sales, covers, average spend, product mix, cost of goods, labor, and promotions)
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Track and analyze beverage and bar performance, including pricing, product profitability, and stock variance, working closely with the Group Director of Bar
  • Monitor KPIs and benchmark performance across venues and periods

Partnership & Contract Control

  • Control, review, and maintain documentation related to commercial partnerships (e.g. brand, supplier, sponsorship, and venue partnership agreements)
  • Track key terms, obligations, deliverables, renewal dates, and expiry timelines, and alert relevant stakeholders in advance
  • Monitor partner performance and compliance against agreed terms, including pricing, volume commitments, and revenue or cost-sharing arrangements
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date partnership document register with proper version control
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Management on contract reviews, amendments, and renewals

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards for management, covering daily, weekly, and monthly performance
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in collaboration with Finance
  • Support pricing, menu engineering, and promotional strategy with data-backed analysis
  • Evaluate the commercial viability of new concepts, venues, partnerships, and projects

Cost Control & Profitability

  • Monitor cost of goods, wastage, and margin performance, and flag areas for improvement
  • Work with operations to implement controls that protect profitability
  • Review supplier pricing and support procurement and negotiation with data

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Report to the Group Director of Bar, while working closely with Management, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and venue teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across POS, inventory, and accounting systems
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of data processes and reporting tools

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, financial control, or a similar role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, cost control, and margin analysis
  • Experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts or partnership agreements
  • Familiar with POS, ERP, or inventory systems and extracting data from them
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in multi-venue or multi-unit hospitality environments
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools
  • Basic understanding of contract terms and commercial law
  • Strong business acumen and ability to challenge assumptions constructively
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
