The Opportunity

We are partnering exclusively with a leading data center platform on a newly created Director, Commercial Operations position.

The role will build and lead an enterprise Deal Desk supporting complex new business, expansion and renewal transactions with major hyperscale and enterprise customers.

Working across Sales, Finance, Legal, Investments, Operations and Asset Management, the role will help structure, negotiate and execute large-scale commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Commercial Operations and Deal Desk function.
• Manage deal review, approvals and escalation processes.
• Support complex customer negotiations and commercial structuring.
• Develop pricing and commercial governance.
• Partner with Finance and Investments on deal economics and business cases.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop scalable processes to support continued growth.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior commercial professional with experience in data centers

Key requirements include:

• Experience with complex commercial transactions or leasing.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Customer-facing negotiation experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Understanding of data center economics, infrastructure or pricing.
• Experience building processes within a growing organization.

Experience with hyperscale or enterprise customers is highly desirable.
