Commi 1 - Bakery

Role Overview: Supports the bakery section in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts to Paashh's standards, working closely with senior kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bakery items as per standardized recipes
• Assist in mise-en-place and daily production planning
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section
• Monitor stock levels of bakery ingredients
• Support senior bakers/chefs during peak service

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a bakery/pastry section, preferably in a restaurant or hotel
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Local candidate and immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
