Hiring: Commis II

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking dishes as per kitchen standards
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensure proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Assist with ingredient preparation, stock handling, and kitchen organization
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar kitchen role
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player
