Commi - 2 (Continental)

• Food Production & Preparation: Prepare ingredients (chopping, washing, peeling, portioning) and cook Continental dishes (starters, mains, sauces) according to standard recipes.
• Station Management: Set up, maintain, and break down the Continental station, ensuring cleanliness (HACCP standards).
• Operational Support: Assist Chef de Partie/Sous Chef during service, manage stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Safety & Quality: Monitor food quality, ensure proper temperature of equipment, and adhere to safety policies

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
