• Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
• Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and senior chefs.
• Prepare basic dishes according to recipes and standard procedures.
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately.
• Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Keep the assigned workstation clean and organized.
• Store food items correctly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Assist with mise en place before service.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
• Report damaged equipment, shortages, or food-quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel/restaurant grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist other kitchen sections when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
