About Craftels

We are building a culinary destination in South Goa where food, design and hospitality come

together. Our kitchen direction combines Goan and global influences, distinctive sauces,

thoughtful advance preparation, documented recipes, quick finishing and low wastage. We

are looking for practical cooks and leaders who can develop a reliable team and make good

food consistently through busy services.

About the role

This is an entry kitchen role on an Indian and tandoor, continental or Indo-Chinese station.

You help with prep, measuring and cleaning, and you learn the station.

What you will do

• Help on your station: Indian and tandoor, continental or Indo-Chinese prep and cooking
• Measure ingredients by weight
• Wash, peel and chop
• Make basic salads and sauces as directed
• Receive and put away deliveries
• Label and date food
• Clean spills and sanitise your workstation
• Throw away expired food; plate as shown

What you need

Required

• ITI Food Production or hotel management diploma, or fresher with kitchen training
• 0 to 6 months in a commercial kitchen
• Willing to learn; can stand through a shift; Hindi or English
• Willing to live and work full-time in South Goa

Good to have

• Indian and tandoor experience is welcome (two openings are on the tandoor station)
• Continental and Indo-Chinese experience is welcome
• Goan experience is welcome
• Multi-cuisine experience is welcome
• Bar or brewpub experience is welcome
