Job Role To assist the senior chefs in their day-to-day duties within a professional kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare sauces, vegetables, and simple dishes including cold starters, desserts, sandwiches, and breakfast, lunch, and evening menu items Assist with plating and service Wash up and maintain a clean, organised kitchen throughout service Support stock rotation and ordering, keeping senior chefs informed of wastage and deliveries Willing to take responsibility for a section under guidance, with room to grow in confidence and independence Requirements Previous culinary experience working in a professional kitchen Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
