Commi Chef

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards. Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Ensure proper storage and handling of food products. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies. Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations. Report any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor. Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (required). Culinary education or background is a plus. 1 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen. Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred. Basic English is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts. Residence near the assigned work location is preferred.
